Tech I reach for

Next.js, Node.js, Python, Supabase, PostgreSQL, Vercel, Azure, Microsoft 365, LLM orchestration (Claude, OpenAI, structured outputs, tool use, RAG, agents). I pick boring, proven tools when nothing else is required.

1. A 30-minute call to understand the problem, the constraints, and who’s going to use the thing.
2. A short written proposal: scope, deliverables, timeline. No surprises.
3. We start. I ship something visible in the first week.
